Butternut squash lasagna — my Thanksgiving favorite

butternut squash lasagna

Not hungry? Opt-out

Hi Reader,

Every year for Thanksgiving, I make this butternut squash lasagna — it’s rich, creamy, and always one of the first things to disappear from the table. The sauce is made with cream, layered with roasted squash and noodles for the ultimate cozy side dish.

This year, I added something new: a crispy sage breadcrumb topping. It adds the best little crunch and a hint of fried sage flavor on top of all that creamy goodness.

If you’re looking for something a little unexpected but totally crowd-pleasing for your holiday table, this is it.

Enjoy,

P.S. Send me an email to let me know what you thought of this recipe! :)
