Do you ever eat something at a restaurant and immediately start thinking about when you are going to come back and have it again? Maybe it's just me (lol) but this is one of those things for me.

I love lemon and if you do too, you are going to LOVE this recipe. It’s no-bake, requires only 3 ingredients and literally anyone can make this. It’s that easy.

Lemon curd and mascarpone give it that rich, creamy base with a bright citrusy kick, and a little whipped cream folds everything into something light and airy.

Top it with fresh strawberries drizzled with honey and honestly, it's one of those desserts that looks like you tried really hard. You didn't. And that's our little secret.
