A little thing about me: I LOVE granola. It’s one of my favorite ways to eat oats! I love the sweet, crunchy clusters with yogurt and fresh fruit for an easy summer breakfast or afternoon snack. It’s also great for packing up and bringing on a hike or an easy camp breakfast.
This combination will probably always be my favorite. The granola is spiced with ground ginger instead of the typical cinnamon, and there are chunks of super dark chocolate scattered throughout with sweet chewy dried apricots tying everything together. It’s the perfect balance of flavors!
