I’ve been on a blueberry latte kick lately and had to share one of my latest recipes!

Full disclosure: I like to make mine with strong cold brew instead of espresso — sorry to the aficionados 😅

You can certainly use espresso if you want to, but sometimes I just need the quickest (and easiest) way to get bold coffee flavor, the perfect amount of creaminess, and a subtle hint of sweet fruity-ness.

It’s easy to make but feels a little fancy without trying too hard. And I guess we are making blueberry syrup, which seems fancy, but once you’ve made one simple syrup, you’ve made them all.
