The lemon supply on my mom's tree is dwindling, which can only mean that spring is here! I love spring, but I adore my mom's lemons and it’s always sad when lemon season is over.
Truth be told, I spent all of this lemon season making these Lemon Squares. I tested and retested this recipe many, many times. I had heard from some readers that they had issues with the crust not staying put and then it actually happened to me too!
I made these no less than 10 times this winter and also employed my sister in the matter. I made a few small tweaks and added lots of notes to ensure your lemon bar success.
