I just wanted to pop in and share this new recipe in case you're looking for a minty treat for tomorrow. These Andes Mint Brownies are super easy and delicious!
All you do is make brownies (you can even use a box mix). Put Andes mints on the warm brownies until they get melty and give it a therapeutic swirl for a delicious chocolate mint ganache. Check out the full recipe here.
